This 7-piece Damascus kitchen knife set brings together every knife a serious home cook needs, each one individually forged from 67-layer Japanese VG10 Damascus steel. With its layered blade pattern and warm natural sycamore wood handles, this VG10 Damascus knife set is as much a centrepiece for your kitchen as it is a hard-working set of tools.

The set covers the full range of everyday kitchen tasks. The 8" chef's knife is your all-rounder for chopping, slicing and dicing, while the 7" santoku handles fine vegetable prep and thin slicing. The 7" cleaver takes on heavier work, the 8" serrated bread knife glides through crusty loaves, and the 6" boning knife makes trimming and deboning meat, poultry and fish easier. Rounding out the set, the 5" utility knife and 3.5" paring knife take care of smaller, detailed jobs like peeling, trimming and garnishing.

Each blade undergoes a 55-hour vacuum heat treatment, followed by annealing and a cryogenic process, for durability and edge retention under regular use. The blades are double bevel (except the serrated bread knife) with a 15° edge for precise, clean cuts. Every knife has a beautifully curved sycamore wood handle shaped for a secure grip, smooth to the touch and with a comfortable, balanced weight. As a natural wood product, the colour and grain of each handle may vary slightly, so every set has its own character.
