This handmade copper Damascus chef knife set brings five working kitchen knives together in one coordinated collection. Each blade shows a striking copper wave pattern created through traditional coal fire forging, and the octagon resin handles give the set a distinctive, polished look, whether it sits on the counter or travels in the handmade leather bag that comes with it.

This 5-piece knife set covers the main jobs in a home or professional kitchen. The 7.5-inch chef knife handles everyday slicing, dicing and chopping; the 7-inch cleaver takes on heavier cuts and dense vegetables; the 5.5-inch utility knife fills the gap for smaller produce, sandwiches and trimming; the 5-inch boning knife works neatly around bones and joints; and the 4-inch paring knife is made for peeling and detailed work.

The blades are forged in Copper Damascus (Cu-Mai and San-Mai construction), with the layers pressed together using a hydraulic press around a high carbon steel cutting edge. Hardness is approximately 55 HRC, blade thickness is approximately 2.5–3 mm, and each edge is sharpened to around 15° per side. The set arrives professionally sharpened and ready to use, finished with octagon resin handles and a handmade leather knife bag for storage and transport.
