This Damascus pancake cowboy knife combines a patterned high-carbon Damascus blade with a striking pine cone handle and polished brass bolster, finished with a hand-stitched leather sheath. At 8 inches overall with a 4-inch blade, it is the larger, full-size option in our Damascus cowboy knife range.
The traditional western fixed-blade profile is at home on the ranch, at camp or on a hunting trip, handling everyday cutting, rope and cord, camp chores and game prep. Its natural pine cone grip and brass accents also make it a standout display piece for collectors of handmade western knives.
The blade is made from high-carbon Damascus steel (non-stainless) with a hardness of approximately 58 HRC, giving a good balance of edge retention, toughness and easy resharpening. Each blade is individually made, so the layered Damascus pattern varies slightly from knife to knife. The ergonomic pine cone handle offers a comfortable, secure hold and balanced weight in the hand.
