The Torio 3-Piece Butcher Knife Set is built for serious meat work. Forged from a single 4mm thick piece of 5Cr15 high-carbon steel, these ruthlessly sharp knives cut easily through tough meat and fish and tackle deboning with confidence. If you are looking for a butcher knife set for BBQ, home butchery or everyday meat prep, the Torio set has you covered.
This cleaver, boning and slicing knife set gives you three dedicated tools. The cleaver handles chopping and heavier cuts, the boning knife takes care of deboning and trimming, and the slicing knife carves clean portions of roasts, brisket and succulent BBQ. Each knife features a distinctive control finger hole that gives you a secure grip and adds to its striking look.
The handles are made from imported African wenge hardwood, a dark, distinctively figured wood with excellent strength and hardness. All three knives are full tang, hardened to +58 HRC, well balanced and very comfortable to hold, so they stay steady and controlled through long prep sessions.
